Notes/Overview: In August 2012, a Full Moon occurs in the
sign of Aquarius on August 2nd. Mercury ends its retrograde period on August 8th. A New Moon occurs in
Leo on August 17th. Another Full Moon occurs on August 31st, this time in the
sign of Pisces.
Aries
While you continue to experience love in the head for a while longer, dear
Aries, August will bring your heart more deeply into the equation. In fact, the
8-9 can bring strong sentimental feelings about someone. Enjoyment is in strong
focus, but keep in mind that until the 8th, not everything is likely to go as
planned, particularly recreational and romantic pursuits, as well as activities
connected with children. Purchases tend to be for the home and family. Your
social life tends to be strong in August, until the last week of the month, when
life's less glamorous responsibilities demand more of your attention.
Taurus
Strong focus on family and the home continues as you begin
August, dear Taurus. You may be drawing upon back up plans until the 8th, after
which things get back on track. You are a romantic at heart, but you don't
always find the words to express your feelings. However, this month, and
particularly on the 8-9, you are more expressive verbally. There can be some
restlessness when it comes to love, and this comes to a head by the last week of
August, when you're more likely to pursue your heart's desire. Brace yourself
for a relationship-centered period that extends through most of September.
Gemini

begin August continuing a trend that keeps you active and sociable, dear Gemini,
and this is likely to continue for the next three weeks. After that, it's back
to business, so enjoy yourself as much as possible now, but don't let things go

reality sets in. Communication problems tend to clear up after the 8th. In fact,

Cancer
Life continues to keep you close to home, grounded, and seeking
out more comfort and security in August, dear Cancer. It won't be until the
third week of the month that you come out of your shell and begin pursuing your
desires more directly and actively. Nevertheless, Venus, goddess of love, is
moving towards your sign, and once there (from the 7th forward), you'll quite
naturally attract what (and who) you want with considerably less effort on your
part! As well, delays with gifts, income, possessions, and money in general
begin to disappear around the same time. Your life picks up pace considerably
from the 22nd forward.
Leo
The first three weeks of August bring you a lot of attention, dear Leo, after
which things quiet down considerably. From the 8th forward, decision making
becomes clearer. The 17th brings a whole new orientation, a blast of personal
energy, and a sense that you're starting to move forward. Nevertheless, your
head and your heart may not be on the same page this month, as your heart
remains attuned to the past and is quite possibly in need of extra care and
time. You continue to meet your daily responsibilities with gusto, although when
the pace of your life slows from the 23rd forward, you welcome it. You will be

Virgo
In the first few weeks of August, you are likely to be tying up loose ends and

The first three weeks of August can find you a little more
serious than usual, dear Capricorn. You are introspective and a little
